We started cooking for our area in 2022. After the warm welcome of our lovely customers
who gave us such nice reviews, we expanded our business.  We make, package
and freeze our products, following high hygiene and food safety standards based
on the HACCP system. We deliver to Ayrshire, Greater Glasgow and Clyde, Lanarkshire, Dumfries & Galloway, West Lothian, City of Edinburgh.  

Pies

Pie was a delicious, filling, main dish in Ancient Greece, still remaining nowadays. In Greece we have the pies as breakfast, or main meal with salad. It is very filling with a high nutritional value because it contains a combination of ingredients good for the body’s and mind’s health.

All kinds of pies and cakes were called “PLAKOUS”, in Ancient Greek language. In
ancient times, those pies were made as a mixture of flour, water, milk, olive
oil, cheese, and honey.

We make our filo pastry,  based on our Greek family’s recipe. We fill the pies with fresh cooking fillings.
The fillings are very delicious, very middle spicy and the perfect taste is given from the good raw materials,
the amazing smelling herbs and our care in good, slow cooking.

Customers receive the pies frozen, packaged in a foil tray for easy baking and can keep them in a domestic freezer about -18 degrees Celsius, until the date shown on the package. All the needed information and baking instructions on the labels.
