Greek Gyros

Greek homemade Pork Gyros roasted slowly in the oven, like our family made at home in Greece. We marinate the meat in herbs, and spices, we roast it in the oven for about 3 hours, we cut it in thin pieces and we freeze it in containers / 200gr. (1 serving)

Customers receive

Gyros frozen, packaged in a container suitable for microwave defrost/heating and can keep it in a domestic freezer about -18 degrees Celsius, until the date shown on the package. All the needed information and heating instructions on the labels.
